Utility Rebates and Tax Credits

Utility Rebates and Tax Credits are an ever-changing lot. Many homeowners and builders are unaware of what is available. So, to help out, I will break it down by program, including amount and requirements. The one limitation is that these are directed at the homeowner, however, see last item for info on builder rebates from the manufacturer.

Cascade Natural Gas: (scroll down to "Washington")
- 90% or higher furnace - $150
- New Construction On-Demand Water Heater (Rinnai) - $100
- On-Demand Water Heater (Rinnai) - $200
Puget Sound Energy:
- Heat pump with an ARI rating of 9.0 HSPF or higher - $350
- Heat pump with an ARI rating of 8.5 HSPF or higher - $250
- 90% or higher furnace - $350
- On-Demand Water Heater (Rinnai) - $150
Homesphere BRI: Undetermined
*Install items that are flagged for rebates from manufacturer. It's not a whole lot per item, but you may find rebates on things you already purchase. Items we supply that are on the list are Coleman, Rinnai & Honeywell. If you would like, call me and I can get you the full list.
