I listen to you. I then apply my product knowledge to the needs of your family and of your home. What results is a RECOMMENDATION. This RECOMMENDATION is everything you need and want without over spending or under spending. If you sign under our recommendation, you are guaranteed to be satisfied, knowing that all your needs and wants have been taken into consideration. Now, I may offer upgrades or downgrades, but the will be targeted to a specific need or want that you felt should be shown separately. What you will not find is blanket upgrades that have no other reason to be on the proposal but to make your system more expensive.
